Your day pass includes access to all of the facilities at our sauna, including our saunas, hot tubs, showers, and relaxation areas. You will also receive a set of towels and a locker to store your belongings. We have a variety of saunas to choose from, each with its own unique health benefits and temperatures. Additionally, we offer optional services such as body scrubs and massages at an additional cost. 

We recommend that you bring your own personal care items, such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as we provide these items but they may not be to your personal preference. We also suggest bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated during your visit. Finally, please note that our facilities require shoes to be removed, so we suggest bringing a pair of sandals or slippers to wear around the sauna.

We advise all pregnant women to consult with their healthcare provider before visiting our Korean sauna. The high temperatures in our saunas and hot tubs may not be safe for pregnant women, especially during the first trimester. However, we do offer cooler areas and relaxation spaces that are safe for pregnant women to enjoy. Please consult with your healthcare provider before visiting our facilities if you have any concerns about using our facilities while pregnant.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of our Korean sauna, including outdoor areas. We also do not permit the consumption of alcohol on our premises. Our sauna is a place of relaxation and wellness, and we believe that smoking and alcohol use can detract from the experience for other guests. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all visitors.

We recommend that you leave your jewelry and other valuables at home or in a safe place, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. We provide lockers for you to store your belongings during your visit, and we suggest that you use these lockers to store any items you bring with you. Please note that our staff will not hold onto any items for safekeeping. We encourage you to focus on relaxation and wellness during your visit to our facilities and leave any valuable items at home.

Yes, we do have a lost and found. If you believe that you have lost an item during your visit, please speak with one of our staff members as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in locating your lost item. If the item is found, we will keep it in our lost and found area for up to 30 days. However, we cannot guarantee the return of any lost items, so we recommend that you keep valuable items at home or in a secure location.

Yes, we offer group rates for parties of 10 or more guests. Our group rates provide a discount on the regular admission price, as well as access to all of our facilities and amenities. To inquire about group rates or to make a reservation, please contact us at least one week in advance of your desired visit date. We also offer additional services, such as catering and private event space rental, for groups looking to host a special event or celebration at Roman Holiday Sauna. Please contact us for more information on these services.

We apologize, but we do not offer tours of our sauna facility at this time. However, our friendly staff members will be happy to assist you in navigating our facilities and answer any questions you may have during your visit. If you have any specific questions or requests, please feel free to ask any of our staff members, and they will be happy to help you.

No, appointments are not required to visit our Korean sauna. We welcome walk-in guests and strive to accommodate everyone as efficiently as possible. However, during peak hours or holidays, we may experience higher than usual volumes of visitors, and wait times may be longer than usual. To ensure prompt access to our facilities, we recommend that you call ahead or check our website for estimated wait times before your visit.

We do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought into our Korean sauna. We offer a variety of snacks, drinks, and meals for purchase in our on-site restaurant. Our menu features traditional Korean cuisine as well as other popular options. We also provide complimentary water and tea for our guests. If you have any specific dietary needs or restrictions, please let our staff know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
